Relax in our stylish 2-bedroom lakefront house, just 3 minutes from the center of San Marcos and the main dock. Venga Atitlan is a space designed for travels to unwind in a peaceful location while having access to all the great offerings the lake has to offer. We pride ourselves on creating the perfect experience for our guests. We have 7 different types of accommodations available on our property, and have designated communal areas, such as gardens, co-working spaces and outdoor gazebo for our guests to meet. You will find plenty of cozy corners in our lush gardens to feel immersed by nature. There is also a wooden platform with yoga mats and exercise equipment for our guest . We just installed Starlink for all our guests who work online or for pleasure to access fast speed internet between 50 - 150 MB/S. We offer add on activities and services for our in house guests including stand up paddle rentals and tours, bouldering gym sessions, sauna and laundry service. Please see our other details for information on our additional offerings. Your kitchen will have what you need to prepare all the home-cooked food your heart desires. Or take a 2 minute walk to find all types of restaurants, from vegan/vegetarian cafes, pizzerias to local Mayan cuisine. Please note that the dreamy lakefront house is our most private accommodation at the front of our property, with private entrance, bathroom and garden space. It is located next to our Sup Board entrance and exit to the beach. Before 9am we will ensure complete silence when operating the sup tours. Tours finish by 1pm. However please note that there will be a very small amount of traffic next to the house. You may hear some voices every now and again. We offer add on activities and services for our in house guests including stand up paddle rentals and tours, bouldering gym sessions, private aerial classes, sauna and laundry service. Right next door, our neighbors ATI have a Yoga platform where they offer classes daily for 70Q. *disclaimer (we live in rural guatemala in the jungle. There are bugs spiders and scorpions, that are not poisonous, that appear from time to time). You are welcome into all areas of the property. Please be mindful in the areas right in front of other rooms. The bouldering gym, co-working spaces, Back gardens and gazebo area are all areas you are welcome to hang out in. We are generally always available and on site. Our on site manager Chris lives in the white cabin next to the bouldering gym. Please be mindful that it is his home. He can help with anything you may need. Additional Offerings: All of our offerings are discounted for inhouse guests or run at cost in order to make it accessible and fun to everyone. Please ask or contact us prior to any activity to arrange a time and date for us to show you the ropes. SUP: We have 6 SUP boards that we are happy to rent. The charge is Q100 per person staying with us and Q150 if you’d like to bring a friend outside of Venga. We generally recommend going in the early morning due to the best weather conditions. Bouldering Gym: At our in-house bouldering gym we have usually between 25-30 climbing routes, ranging from beginner to expert. We also provide shoes and Chalk. For in-house guests each session costs Q50 and Q80 if you’d like to bring an outside friend. After the initial introduction you’re also free to climb outside of our public opening hours. We’d just ask you to keep track of how many times you’ve gone and settle your tab before check out. Sauna: The charge for the Sauna is Q100 per use. We ask for a 2 hours heads up to get the sauna ready. The sauna can be used up to 8pm. Laundry Service: Our Laundry service is also Q50 per load. So please note that if the amount is too big we might have to put on an extra load, which would be an additional Q50. We do NOT offer laundry on Sundays. Other activities: There is yoga classes daily at hostel del lago (our neighbours) for 75Q per class. We’d also like to invite you to ask us about any other activities outside of Venga. That way you can be sure to be charged a fair price and accompanied by experienced guides.
